Overview

Skumoo is a free online inventory management web application. It’s developed with the Microsoft stack of technologies and services like asp.net core, azure sql server and azure app services for security and performance. We plan on adding features on a regular basis and encourage you to send comments, questions and recommendations to support.skumoo.com.

Register

To get started enter you information, including an organization name which is used to group all of your warehouses and more than one user to belong to the same account.

Nothing extraordinary here.

Warehouses (Home)

A warehouse contains your inventory or stock and you can have multiple warehouses. The home page display a list of all your warehouses and their inventory totals. Click the Create New link to get started with a new warehouse and start adding inventory.

Inventory

The inventory is stored within a warehouse. Click the on the inventory total link on the warehouse home page to access the inventory home page. The inventory page displays a list of your inventory and links to add and edit inventory and their orders and sales.

Order

After a new inventory item is added with it’s initial quantity, the only way to add more quantity is through an order. Go to the inventory home page to add and edit orders. When creating a new order a supplier must be selected from your list of suppliers.

Sale

After a new inventory is added with it’s initial quantity, the only way to add more quantity is through a sale. Go to the inventory home page to add and edit sales. When creating a new sale a customer must be selected from your list of customers.

Customer

Customers are used in sales and can be added and edited through the home page. Once a customer is created it can be used in a sale for inventory across your warehouses.

Supplier

Suppliers are used in orders and can be added and edited through the home page. Once a supplier is created it can be used in an order for inventory across your warehouses.
